Refund policy
Refunds or returns are not accepted if a customer changes their mind, cancels their order after the Tuesday preceding their Thursday-Sunday pickup, or fails to to pick-up their order for any reason. Orders not picked up will not be stored for customers under any circumstances. Leftover sweets will be donated.
Refunds or replacements will be considered if the product is defective in some way due to manufacturing and a majority has not been consumed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at temperconfections@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
