The Ancho Bar layers spiced almonds, pecans, and pretzels into a soft caramel flavored with Glenwood Scotch whisky and ancho chile. The caramel is coated in 61% dark chocolate and finished with a light drizzle of milk chocolate.
The result balances caramel sweetness with gentle heat, roasted nuts, and a salty crunch from the pretzels. The ancho chile adds warmth and a touch of cayenne adds spice, creating a bar that leans savory while still firmly in the world of chocolate.

Delicious and just the right amount of bite!
The chocolate,is smooth, not bitter, nice chocolate taste, not too sweet. The chilli just doesn't add much to the taste-I could do without it.
The ancho chili caramel did not disappoint…. I want more!
