A soft banana caramel ganache rests on a layer of almond gianduja, bringing together two distinct textures beneath a shell of dark chocolate.
The first bite is silky and rich with notes of caramelized banana and warm banana bread. As the ganache gives way to the almond gianduja, toasted almond and caramel deepen the flavor before finishing with the roasted cocoa and gentle bitterness of dark chocolate, bringing balance to every bite.
Crafted as a generous layered confection, it invites a slower, more satisfying bite than a traditional bonbon.
