Black Sesame Toffee Brittle Bark
Black Sesame Toffee Brittle Bark
Deep, nutty, and unapologetically rich, this black sesame toffee brittle starts with a classic, buttery toffee cooked to a crisp snap, then folded with roasted black sesame seeds that bring nutty, smoky notes and a subtle savory edge. A light touch of salt sharpens the flavor without overpowering it. The toffee is finished with a layer of tempered chocolate, available in either milk or dark. Milk chocolate adds a round, creamy softness that echoes the toffee’s caramelized butteriness, while dark chocolate offers a cleaner contrast that lets the deep sesame flavor come through. Broken into irregular shards, the result is crunchy, balanced, and layered with a deep, complex flavor profile.

Excellent chocolate taste, as usual, and captures the difficult taste of black sesame well.
This is one of our favorite chocolates.
The black sesame bark is one of my favorites. Great chocolate. Crunchy toffee. Just the right amount of sesame. Perfect!
I loved the black sesame bark. It is thin and crisp and the sesame seeds cut the sweetness.
Everything you do is as good as it gets maybe better. That said, this toffee brittle seemed to me a liitle less tasty than its predecessors. Still delicious but not quite as memorable as earlier versions. Apologies for not having the vocabulary to describe that difference.
Your brittle barks are out of the world in consistency and taste which is complex and finger liking. Simply Delicious
