Caramel Box

A small box dedicated to caramels.

This collection includes our long-standing Honey Caramel with Fleur de Sel, paired with a new Dark Caramel. Both are finished with a thin coating of dark chocolate to balance the sweetness and bring the caramel forward.

The honey caramel is soft and buttery with warm floral notes from the honey and a light touch of fleur de sel. The dark caramel cooks longer, developing deeper toasted sugar flavors with hints of vanilla and salt.

One caramel leans light and honeyed, the other deeper with toasted sugar notes.

Storage & Care

Store in a dry, cool area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity, ideally at room temperature (around 68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Pickup in Cambridge

Order from Sunday through Wednesday. Pickup happens later that same week. Choose Thursday-Saturday at Sew & Bloom, or Thursday-Sunday at Albertine Press or Black Bear Café.
