Dark Chocolate Tasting Collection

Heads up: Heads up: Sew & Bloom pickup is available Thursday (8/13) and Friday (8/14) only. Saturday (8/15) pickup is NOT AVAILABLE at this location.

This collection is a chance to taste dark chocolate on its own terms. Four distinct Valrhona chocolates are each made into a simple ganache, revealing how the chocolate itself can move from bright fruit and acidity to warm spice, toast, and deep, bittersweet cocoa.  Made without added flavorings so the character of each chocolate can come through, try them side by side.

Each ganache is enrobed by the same blended dark chocolate. 

Taïnori 64% (Dominican Republic)
Balanced dark chocolate with bright yellow-fruit notes.

Manjari 64% (Madagascar)
Tangy red berries, with subtle toasted nut and dried-fruit notes.

Nyangbo 68% (Ghana)
Sweet spice, toasted cocoa, and vanilla.

Guanaja 70% (Blend)
Bittersweet, intense cocoa with bitter cacao-nib notes and a tangy finish.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Order from Sunday through Wednesday. Pickup happens later that same week. Choose Thursday-Saturday at Sew & Bloom, or Thursday-Sunday at Albertine Press or Black Bear Café.  Heads up: Sew & Bloom pickup is available Thursday (8/13) and Friday (8/14) only.
