A twist on the classic Florentine, made with delicate, thin, lacy sheets of deeply caramelized sliced almonds, sandwiched between layers of our custom dark milk chocolate blend. Guayaquil 64% dark chocolate brings deep roasted cocoa notes with hints of coffee and chestnut, while Jivara 40% milk chocolate adds creamy caramel and vanilla notes. Together, they create a rich, buttery confection with toasted almond flavor, balanced sweetness, and a delicate, satisfying crunch, finished with a light sprinkling of fleur de sel.
