Apple & Honey Caramel Bonbons

A very New England box for apple season, fall gatherings and the High Holidays.  Two fall caramels, both dipped in dark chocolate.

Apple Cider & Cinnamon
Carlson Farm apple cider is reduced and cooked into a soft chewy caramel with cinnamon and a splash of apple liqueur. Tart, warm and deeply apple-forward, reminiscent of apple pie.

Wildflower Honey & Fleur de Sel
Our classic caramel made with locally sourced wildflower honey, dipped in dark chocolate and finished with fleur de sel. Floral, buttery and with a firm chew.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Order from Sunday through Wednesday. Pickup happens later that same week. Choose Thursday-Saturday at Sew & Bloom, or Thursday-Sunday at Albertine Press or Black Bear Café.
