Slow-Roasted Pecans, Maple Bourbon Caramel
It's a classic. Fresh pecans are slow-roasted in maple syrup with a touch of sea salt, then surrounded by soft Knob Creek Bourbon dark caramel. Each cluster is coated in 61% dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of fleur de sel.

The result is a nutty, buttery treat with balanced sweetness, subtle bourbon warmth, and dark chocolate richness.

Store in a dry, cool area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity—ideally at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

These were one of my favourites along with Bourbon caramels from EH.
Happy to have the opportunity to enjoy some of these again.
A real treat! But way too expensive and a little too sweet for us to get again.
How can you take a pecan turtle and make it BETTER? The pecans were light, crunchy, perfectly toasted, the caramel tasted distinctly of bourbon - but not in an overwhelming or cloying way. You can't get these flavors and textures from just anywhere. I am overwhelmed - just like I was by EH Chocolatier.
