It's a classic. Fresh pecans are slow-roasted in maple syrup with a touch of sea salt, then surrounded by soft Knob Creek Bourbon dark caramel. Each cluster is coated in 61% dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of fleur de sel.

Rich, smooth, just sweet enough. Contrasting gooey and crunchy textures from the caramel and the pecans complete each bite and before you know it the bag is empty! Amazing!!

Omg…over the top. It’s hard to beat the bourbon and caramel. Add in the pecans and I can’t imagine anything better. The problem was that there were 5 OF THEM. They went much too quickly.
