Mixed Fruit Chocolate Bark

A simple, well-balanced thin chocolate bark built around dried fruit and good chocolate. Available in both 64% dark and 46% milk chocolate versions. Each brings out the fruit a little differently, with the dark providing a cleaner contrast and the milk offers a creamier pairing.

This one came directly from customer requests for a fruit-forward bark without nuts. The combination is straightforward: sweetness from golden raisins, brightness from tart cherries, and a softer, rounded note from apricot.
