Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark is a winter classic with a clean snap, bright peppermint, and a balanced mix of white and dark chocolate. This version stays straightforward and seasonal. Smooth Valrhona white chocolate marbled with a 61% Valrhona dark chocolate create layers with natural peppermint candy adding crunch, color, and a lovely mint finish. It is festive without being overly sweet, and customers tell us it is the peppermint bark they wait for each year.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.
