Pistachio Kataifi Crunch Cup
This cup leans a bit more savory and less sweet in order to enhance the flavors of lightly roasted pistachio nuts and butter toasted shredded filo. Blended with just enough white chocolate to hold firm, but still allow for a delicate crunchy texture and sandwiched between dark chocolate and topped with salted caramel crispearls and a dash of fleur de sel.

Delicious! Nice balance of sweet and rich.
The new version of these (April 2026) had a weird lemony taste and I wanted them to be crunchier. Hopefully they go back to the old recipe.
