Pomegranate Caramel

A buttery caramel with the bright, tangy under-note of pomegranate with a touch of fleur de sel. We create our own pomegranate molalsses from a reduction of pure pomegranate juice to concentrate its flavor, then cook to a soft-chew finish.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.
