A collection of four flavors exploring the intersection of chocolate, fruit, and tea: 70% Cocoa, Strawberry Balsamic, Matcha Coconut, and Genmaicha. From bright summer fruit to toasted tea notes, each bonbon offers a distinct tasting experience.  Perfect as a thoughtful gift, or a well deserved treat for yourself.

70% Ocoa
An intensely chocolate-forward ganache showcasing Ocoa 70% dark chocolate. Rich cocoa, roasted nuts, warm spice, and a hint of fruit unfold into a long, balanced finish.

Strawberry Balsamic
Valrhona Andoa 70% dark chocolate forms the foundation of this ganache, bringing notes of cocoa, dried fruit, and warm wood. Strawberry and aged balsamic are woven into the chocolate rather than standing apart from it, gently amplifying its natural fruitiness and adding a subtle brightness. 

Matcha Coconut
Earthy Japanese matcha is paired with Valrhona Ivoire and coconut in a smooth, balanced ganache. Gentle tea notes mingle with creamy coconut and vanilla, resulting in a balanced expression of both ingredients. 

Genmaicha
Toasted rice and green tea are paired with Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate, whose notes of malt, vanilla, and caramelized sugar complement the tea's warm, nutty character. Comforting and balanced, with a delicate roasted finish.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.
