Meet the BFCC — Our Best Flourless Chocolate Cookie

Crispy edges, chewy center, deep chocolate flavor, zero flour. It’s dairy free too, but that’s not the point. The point is: these are very good cookies.

Deep Chocolate, Just Sweet Enough

We use dark chocolate chips, rich cocoa powder, a pinch of espresso, and just the right amount of salt to make something that hits all the right notes: intense, not too sweet, and pleasingly messy when warm.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.
