The NomNom Box sold out so quickly the first time that we thought we'd bring it back again.  Thanks for all the feedback and suggestions for this next mix!  "More chocolate", "Milk Chocolate", "Caramels", "Fruity Flavors", "Brown Butter Toffee". *The Bigger BonBon - We used to call these bonbons. Now they’re just... bigger. Same smooth chocolate ganache, same recipe from the EHChocolatier days—just cut into a 30mm square instead of 22.5mm. Sized for anyone who always wanted one more bite.

  • Milk Creme FraicheMilk chocolate and tangy vanilla crème fraîche come together in this smooth, cultured ganache enrobed in milk chocolate.
  • PassionfruitBright passionfruit meets white and dark chocolate in a boldly tart ganache.

*Honey Caramel – A soft slow cooked honey caramel dipped in dark chocolate, and topped with fleur de sel. Buttery and balanced.
*Caramelized White Chocolate with candied cocoa nibsToasted white chocolate tiles decorated with candied nibs and sea salt. Deep, crunchy, not too sweet.
*Maple Pecan Butter CupMaple-roasted pecans meets milk chocolate in this nutty, lightly salted praline layered between solid milk chocolate.
*Toffee Milk Chocolate with Black Sesame Seeds – Buttery toffee flecked with toasted black sesame, dipped in milk chocolate for a delightful crunchy experience.

Storage & Care: Store in a dry, cool area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity, ideally at room temperature (around 68-72°F) in an airtight container. 

📦 Pickup is always the following Thursday–Sunday at Albertine Press in Cambridge.
