NomNom Box #3: Fruity, Nutty, and Worth Sharing (or Not)

Thanks to your survey feedback, this box gets a small-format refresh: four flavors, three pieces each, for anyone who wanted more of each chocolate to actually share. Or to just eat all of it and pretend you shared. We’re not here to judge.

This round leans fruity, floral, and nutty. It’s heavy on bonbons, a balance of milk and dark chocolate, with a strong showing from the frequently requested Caramelized Peanut Praline Cup.

The Bigger BonBon
We used to call them bonbons. Now they’re just... bigger. Still the same smooth chocolate ganache recipe from the EHChocolatier days—just cut into a 30mm square for anyone who always wanted one more bite.

• Lemon - Citrus-infused white ganache with a hint of mint, balanced by a dark chocolate shell.
  
• Jasmine Tart Cherry - Floral black tea and tart cherry folded into dark chocolate ganache. Surprising, complex, and quietly addictive.
  
• Varietal Milk -41% milk chocolate ganache—creamy, caramel-y, and deeply satisfying.
  

Caramelized Peanut Praline Cup
Caramelized, deeply roasted peanuts meet smooth peanut butter and milk chocolate for a rich praline with crunch. Sandwiched between milk and dark chocolate, topped with fleur de sel.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Pickup is always the following Thursday–Sunday at Albertine Press in Cambridge.
