From the refreshing brightness of Strawberry Matcha to the smoky warmth of Ancho Spiced Cashew Clusters, this mix balances sweet, tart, nutty, and spiced in one tidy box.

What's Inside?

Strawberry Matcha - This is a favorite summer drink that my daughter makes perfectly at home for me.  Fresh strawberry pate de fruit layered with a matcha ganache balanced with a 61% dark chocolate shell.

Vila Gracinda 
– Smooth dark chocolate ganache made with a single-origin chocolate from the island country of São Tomé off the western coast of central Africa; 30mm square

Salted Caramel Dome – Picked (back in the day) as one of The New York Times "Best in Box" - a rich salted caramel balanced within a blended dark chocolate dome 

Hazelnut Praline Cup with Burnt Honey and Orange - Smooth milk chocolate layers hold a rich dark milk chocolate praline made with roasted Oregon hazelnuts and flecked with fine grains of burnt honey caramel. Candied orange peel lightly cuts through the richness with a bright citrus note. 


Tart Cherry Bite - Dried tart cherries with candied cocoa nibs and dark chocolate is the perfect compliment of sweet, tanginess, chocolate, and crunch. Our chocolate covered dried cherries with cocoa nibs will surprise and delight you. This might have been one of Elaine's favorites :).

Ancho Spiced Cashew Clusters - For those who remember the Ancho Bar, same ancho centered spices coating on cashews and then tumbled in dark chocolate and a sprinkle of salt.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Pickup is always the following Thursday–Sunday at Albertine Press in Cambridge.
