Bonbons

Pumpkin Pie - combines the classic spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger infused into a lush ganache center of pumpkin puree and creamy Valrhona white chocolate. It becomes even more extraordinary when paired with the caramel tones of our single origin milk and a shot of dark caramel. Enrobed in milk chocolate.
Bourbon Caramel - Dark Chocolate dome filled with a buttery liquid caramel with Knob Creek bourbon. Well balanced bittersweet.
Ceylon Cinnamon - a dense dark single plantation ganache infused with Ceylon cinnamon bark and a touch of cayenne; dipped in dark chocolate.

Pecan Pie Cups
A rework of the classic pie. These cups start with a homemade pecan bourbon sandie cookie milk chocolate "crust", followed by a lightly crunchy maple pecan praline filling and topped with dark chocolate and touch of fleur de sel.

Cranberry and Candied Sliced Almond Bites
Tart cranberries and thin candied almonds folded into dark chocolate made with Valrhona Guanaja 70 percent. Fruity, nutty and crunchy, a lovely balance of a bite.  

Rosemary Caramel
Fresh rosemary and vanilla bean steeped into a soft, melt in your mouth caramel. Bright herbal notes sit against the sweetness so the piece stays balanced.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Order from Sunday through Wednesday. Pickup happens later that same week. Choose Thursday through Saturday at Sew & Bloom, or Sunday at Albertine Press or Black Bear Café.
