    Lush raspberry folded into a smooth dark chocolate ganache with a touch of frambois.  Molded in dark chocolate.
  • Single Origin Milk Chocolate Ganache
    Made with a premium organic, Fairtrade-certified milk chocolate from Peru. Creamy and cocoa-forward with gentle acidity and subtle fruity notes. Enrobed in milk chocolate.
  • 85% Dark Chocolate Ganache with Vanilla & Espresso
    Intense chocolate flavor, featuring woody, tannic cocoa notes with a long, sophisticated finish softened by hints of vanilla and espresso. Enrobed in dark chocolate

Ruby Royal Apricots, Dark Chocolate Dipped
Tart, jewel-toned apricots coated in dark chocolate for a clean fruit-chocolate contrast.

Passionfruit Caramels
Tart and tangy passionfruit blended in a white chocolate to create a unique caramel with a texture that is more akin to a fruit chew than a classic caramel.  Its flavor lingers well after it's finished.  (Note: texture best at warm room temperatures (72F+) or after sitting in your pants' pocket :) )

Yes, they’re back. Deeply caramelized cornflakes and candied almonds enrobed in a blend of dark and milk chocolate. Crunchy, salty, sweet, and reliably one of the most requested pieces.

Storage & Pickup

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Best kept at room temperature (68–72°F) in an airtight container.

📦 Order from Sunday through Wednesday. Pickup happens later that same week. Choose Thursday - Saturday at Sew & Bloom, or Thursday - Sunday at Albertine Press or Black Bear Café.
